1. Introduction
This training program was organized by the Himilo Youth Organization with the aim of raising awareness among young people about three major societal challenges: ignorance, corruption, and tribalism. The program lasted for seven days and focused on building knowledge, skills, and social responsibility.
2. Objectives of the Training
- To increase youth awareness about the dangers of ignorance.
- To enhance understanding of the negative impacts of corruption.
- To reduce tribalistic attitudes within the community.
- To promote unity, justice, and social development.
3. Topics Covered
During the training, the following topics were discussed:
- Ignorance: Its impact and how education can address it.
- Corruption: Types, causes, and prevention strategies.
- Tribalism: Its role in dividing society and possible solutions.
The sessions also included group discussions, teamwork, and real-life case studies.

These methods encouraged active participation and engagement from attendees.
5. Participants
A total of 60 participants attended the training, all of whom were male. The participants were young individuals interested in community development and positive change.

The training program was successful and had a positive impact on the participants. It is expected that the youth will play a significant role in promoting positive change within their communities.
